Easol’s core business relates to the provision of software systems and services allowing suppliers such as event and experience companies, tour operators and holiday/travel agencies to market effectively to, and communicate with, their customers (our ‘Services'). For the purposes of data protection law for certain activities we are a data processor acting upon the instructions of our suppliers (‘Clients’). However, in certain circumstances we also act as a data controller. This privacy policy addresses personal data processing we carry out in these circumstances.

Personal data collected in the EEA may be accessed from our US affiliate Easol, Inc. This is usually carried out for the purposes of providing 24/7 customer support or in relation to product development. Easol assumes responsibility for the security of personal data that is accessible by our overseas affiliates.


We are committed to guaranteeing the statutory rights of individuals. If you send us a request regarding your rights under data protection law we will respond within one month of receipt and, where possible, address your request within such time. Where necessary, this period may be extended by up to a further 60 days.

Easol operates an internal Data Retention Policy. In respect of all personal data within the scope of this Policy, Easol will retain such personal data until you advise us to securely dispose of it, or until it becomes outdated, or it is no longer appropriate for us to retain such data. It is your responsibility to inform Easol of any material changes to your personal data to ensure it is accurate. Outdated personal data is periodically deleted in accordance with our Data Retention Policy which is available for review upon request.
